Syam Estate
Cabins perched in the centuries-old trees of an old English-style park, characterful gîtes and charming guest rooms: you are at the Domaine de Syam.
Overlooking one of the most beautiful valleys of the Jura, in the region of plateaus and lakes, you can enjoy the unique panorama of a 14-hectare site where nature combines with history, well-being with conviviality.
At an altitude of 570m, in a mountain landscape and lush nature, you have a wide choice of activities in the area and on its doorstep: hiking, trout fishing, mountain biking, canoeing. The Jura's gastronomy also lives up to its exceptional historical and natural heritage. In the mountains, the landscapes change with the seasons, come and discover and rediscover the Syam estate: the periwinkles of its woods in spring, the freshness of its river in summer, the colors of its trees in autumn, the silence of its cabins under the snow in winter.
The Syam estate was that of a great dynasty of ironmasters in the 19th century, everything still breathes their history: the gîtes; the guest rooms with antique furniture in the old castle (and/or outbuildings); a lime tree over 200 years old, hundred-year-old beeches in the old English-style park where our cabins are perched.
